Childbirth without fear is online package what would help pregnant women to prepare physically and mentally for childbirth where mind and body work together. We, women, we are a natural miracle. This package will give you a new perspective of imagining a childbirth.
Real stories which show evidence that a natural birth could be an exceedingly beautiful experience. I’m explaining how to manage and work with labor pain what is the biggest fear for most of mothers to be. I will teach you how to use it as your helper not enemy as it is an integral part of childbirth.
Breathing exercises are very important as they teach the others to be relax and feel their bodies. When we start concentrate on our breathing we will find very fast where our body feels tight or painful. The breathing will help us to relax and release those muscles or pain as that would be very important part while giving birth.
The physical part, water is our element. The women feel weightless in the water so it is much more natural and beneficial for prenatal classes. Joints, muscles and whole body don’t feel any weight pressure so they can work easier without damage.
This part of Aqua exercise is prepared for non - swimmers so they can enjoy the weightless feeling.
The first aid is lifesaving part. What to do when pregnant woman is unconscious, when she is choking, CPR and recovery position.

I’m a fully qualified swimming instructor, with qualification from the STA (Swimming Teachers Association) in baby and pre-school, aquacise and qualified Pool lifeguard with qualification from The Royal Life Saving Society.
My beloved children Joshua and Natalie were my Inspiration to open baby swimming lessons. I wanted to be able to pass my own experience to love water and enjoy the freedom of movement in the water kingdom. Chiefly to make sure that they are safe close to the water environment .
